Shipping Policy

All our items are shipped through UPS or USPS depending on which service the customer chose when checking out. We are not responsible for any items that have been shipped and tracking number was provided. Please track your package with the provided tracking number you received from us through the shipping carrier.

Refund Policy

Returns
All items must be sent back unworn, packages unopened and free of smoke smell within 7 days of receipt to receive a store credit or to exchange the items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All sale items are final sale, no refund or exchanges.

Turn Around Time

  • Sublimation Blanks turn around time is 3-5 business days.  

  • Custom Items turnaround time is 10-14 business days

THIS  DOES NOT INCLUDE FEDERAL HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS (SATURDAY & SUNDAY)
